Holiday Entitlement.

Up until the end of 2014 I have been working full time and I have been with the same employer since 1998.

Since January 2015, however, I have reduced my work time to 3 full days per week at my own request.

When I was full time I got 20 working days holiday entitlement per year.

How much should I get now that I'm on a 3 day week please?

The legal minimum entitlement entitlement when you were full time was 28 days. Often thought of a 20 days plus the 8 bank holidays but there is nothing special in employment law about bank holidays.

If you are now working 3 days per week then you are entitled to three fifths of 28 which is 16.8 days.
