Vouchers ordered 3 weeks ago haven't arrived - pigsback say to contact the post office who say they can't do anything as they weren't sent recorded/with proof of posting.

What a waste of £20.....and no new top for my holiday :mad:

I would get back in touch with pigsback and say you have had no joy from your post/sorting office and what now do they advise or you will lose out on £20 they might send you out more vouchers i dont know but its worth a try. I certainly wouldnt give up not with how long it takes to get to a voucher with pigsback now

Hi right dont give up on this few wks ago i also had 2 vouchers go missing i contacted pigsbck they told me to contact my postoffice which i did but they said theres nothing they can do as it wasent send recorded as which they should be send recorded not ist or second class,also royal mail told me it shouldnt be me calling it should be pigsbck as its there mail,i then contacted pigsbck told them all what royal mail said,pigsbsk them asked for my postal address again and within 3 days i got the vouchers so give them a pigsbck an email.Good Luck

Yep... If they were sent recorded then they can be claimed for if lost.. They are silly for not sending them recorded - not your fault - there is no option to pay extra points etc. If you haven't received them, keep bugging pigsback.

what vouchers where they?

I ordered a few about 3 weeks ago and haven't had them yet but just assumed that the arcadia ones are out of stock as I seem to remember reading that a few others are still waiting for them.

If anyone knows different can you let me know?
