With the exception of lipoblind, everything else was in post 3 but I hadn't changed the points awarded as it's only for a month but seeing as there's complaints, I've changed it.

* Lipoblind was an expired offer which has now been reinstated

it was for 3000 points. if so how long before they came through.

I have been doing my online Tesco grocery shop via Pigsback for well over a month now. I keep e-mailing Pigsback to ask where my points are and they say "they are waiting for the files to credit me".

Has anyone else been receiving points? Do you only get points the first time you do an online shop or is it every online shop you do via Pigsback?

Would be nice to know if I am banging my head against a brick wall for nothing here.
Can anyone help?

It says on the Tesco page at PB, "we'll reward you with 5 PiggyPoints per £1 spent the first time you shop for groceries on Tesco.com."

I did a shop over 2 months ago from Tesco, think the offer is only for wine now? Have emailed them twice, got the same reply as you.

hiya,i have recently joined pigsback after reading this thread,i have read earlier in the thread someone has ordered boots vouchers but not received them,
can you still order boots vouchers because i cannot see them listed anywhere in the rewards list or have they just removed them until they can fulfil their currect orders ?

Following on from my earlier posts about how I don't appear to be being entered into the daily quizzes, I emailed Pigsback and I have just received this response:

"I am afraid we are having some technical problems with some of the quizzes at the moment. Our technical team are currently looking into these. Apologies for any inconvenience caused, and if you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact me."
