Hi I had the same problem when I registered recently, and e-mailed them about it. The second reply I got was as follows:

"Hi, Apologies for any confusion - it looks like you were allowed to subscribe without being asked for your date of birth. This will be fixed and we will allow to subscribe to this and enter a birth date again, however for the time being it will not be possible. We hope to have this fixed within a week.

So hopefully we will be able to sort it out next week - this reply was on Mon 20th.

I didnt get my points either so i emailed pigsback and heres the reply,

Any members who have subscribed to the birthday email and whose birthday it was
