I mailed last week and was told this week. I was going to be patient, but as I had another query yesterday I also asked about JL and the reply was that they are meant to be coming back in stock at the end of this week.

This is the first time I've bought something through pigsback to get the points. They did not track automatically and now they are only giving me points on the price ex VAT.

Has anyone had an Apple order track automaticaly and had points on the whole order?

Or is it usual on any pigsback purchases to only get points on the ex VAT amount- how does this work for places like Tescos etc?

Given the issues in chasing to begin with and now this and the whole uncertainly over how many points you'd get on a transaction I can't see me ever using pigsback for any other orders.

I have just signed into pigsback to see if my extra 2000 cyberslotz points were there (surprise, surprise - no!!) and I have an extra click through arrived for AOL - I got one earlier in the week as well. Only 5 points but every little helps!!
