Hi,thanks for all your replies so far. I haven't quite managed to put together my SOA as yet as my 4 month old has cut her first tooth today so has not been a happy bunny today.

I have managed to look at the snowball debt info and according to that, I should be debt free by October 2012 but I want to make it sooner than that! I have also sorted out and photographed some things to sell on ebay so thank you for the posts which suggested that.

Next thing I need to is my SOA, I will probably use the last full salary I had back in April to go on as this will give a proper indication of what I was spending. I have used the CC a few times this last month but am really trying not to.

I can, and I will get myself out of this mess!

If u can, grab hold of the last few months CC/bank statements, that gives u a good idea of what u were spending...

Thanks Sarah. I will start making a list of what I have spent since being on maternity leave. It will give me a good indication of what I have been spending and I think it will shock me into reality. Hopefully my LO will settle for a few hours one afternoon then I can get all the paperwork out and start adding it all up.
