I am listening to what is being said and I will do it, what do you have to do if it's more than one debt, send multiple letters or can you put it all on one letter about more than one debt?, also I just wanted to know the time limit for CCJs and defaults as these are the last things I want but can't see this happening now as I am confident it would be too late to apply them or they have already been applied and fallen off credit file. Thanks.

A creditor can take you to court and get a CCJ against you, no matter how old the debt is, if, you do not defend or challenge it.

If you ignore it, you could get a CCJ by default, if the debt is SB you need to tell them that, but you won't know what they have until you have sent the provit letter.

One letter for each debt, anything else risks confusion.

  • I will get this letter sorted and write back here once I've heard something, do they have a required time to reply back to me, also do I send the letter to the address on the letter I received?.
  • You send the letter to the people that wrote to you demanding money.
They will have an adress on their letter.

Do not sign it, write your name and mark a X after it.
Do not put E-mail or phone number or any middle initials or dates of birth.

Only use the details they have used to write to you.
I do Contracts, all day every day.
  • Will get the letter sent off soon and report back once I know more. Thanks.
