NRAM who do I talk to possible overpayment

Hi,

I have had a loan for many years with Northan Rock now NRAM. I have had payments going out of my account each month yet when I checked my credit report it said the loan had ended last year.

I tried to contact NRAM who put me onto Virgin Money who said they dont have any of there unsecured loans I went back to NRAM and was put onto Marlin who again said its nothing to do with them.

Does anybody know how I should proceed as they are taking money each month and I have lost any paperwork relating to this loan.

Also does anybody know how I can tell if I am due any money back from the investigation into the interest reporting. The loan was under 25k and older than 2008 but is there a way to tell.

  • When the loans were sold off, Marlin took over the loans that were already in arrears, loans that were up to date were sold to Kent Reliance, contact details below:

WHO is taking money every month? Your bank statement must say. Contact whoever is taking the money.

Did you not know when your loan was due to finish? Did you have to check a credit report to find out???

You could stop the payments ... that probably would make them contact you quickly enough ....
