What is classed as admission to a debt

  • as long as letters you are getting are not court papers, but letters from a DCA, then simply mark 'addressee not recognised, return to sender'. This delays things and as you are quite close to statute barred, this should get you over the finishing line. If you feel the urge to write to them regarding a debt, simply refer to the debt as 'alleged'. You could also mark your letter 'WITHOUT PREJUDICE'. This will delay and frustrate the enemy until said debt is statute barred. Good luck, we all have our methods at dealing with scum DCA's but I can honestly say this method has worked for me.
