Well, the Emu Outback that my OH bought for me from Shudoo arrived...one day later than the named day delivery! They said they would refund the £6 p&p because of this. Now I find that they're too big, OH is NOT happy!
Now, I know that returns are free which is great, but you have to print out their returns slip & we don't have a printer!
Anyone know how we can get free returns without printing out the returns form, pls?
They also state that if you use this service & the goods go missing in transit, they will only cover up to £39 worth!
Also, they suggest ordering another pair & requesting a simple refund on the orginal pair instead of organising an exchange. Has anyone else done this?
Worried that if I order the smaller size, they will be too small(which is why I can't get Decker Ugg boots!)0 -
mine were a day late aswell but i didnt say anythign to them.
mine are slightly big but i kust wear thick socks as the price had gone from £48 - £120 or whatever it was so there was no way i was sending them back lol0 -

I'd give them a phone call and ask: I didn't have a printer when I needed to return something to amazon, so I called them and they said I could return via royal mail and they'd refund me (which they did) am not saying they'll say the same thing but it is worth asking.
Failing that, email the attachment to another (new set up) email address and go to an internet cafe. library or college (if your in education) and use a printer there. Alwatys use an email account thats not attached to your actual email account for security reasons.0 -
uggstore.com.au
My son ordered some "UGG " boots from uggstore.com.au for his wife and they have arrived .. firstly he had to pay additional £21.00 import duty to the delivery co. .. it outlines this on their website and says contact your customs re this so they have covered themselves but then in customer reviews and testimonals a "customer " says " i didn't have to pay import duty " they say they are not associated with : deckers outdoor corporation
Do you sell products made by American company Deckers Outdoor Corporation?
No, we don't sell their products. Deckers Outdoor Corporation is mass producing their products in China. We only sell 100% Australian made products.
giving you the impresssion that this "deckers" company is not genuine and their products are inferior but if you look into this which we have now done unfortunatley after recieving the boots, you realise that Deckers Outdoor Corporation is the genuine ugg manufaturer and even if they are outsourcing to china you are getting the real thing - I am wearing genuine Uggs and when I look inside the label they are made in china - but the fit, the lining, the stitching is of top quality unlike the boots recieved SO THEY HAVE BEEN VERY CLEVER AND VERY SNEAKY IN MISLEADING CUSTOMERS WHO ARE NOT AWARE OF THIS AND GIVING THEM CONFIDENCE TO ORDER FROM THEM BELIEVING YOU WILL BE RECIEVING A GENUINE WELL MADE PAIR OF BOOTS - all the reviews are good on their site funny the don't show all the complaints as outlined on complaints site about them. my daughter in law was very disappointed on christmas day with her inferior boots, that don't fit well, the foot sticks out on one side, the lining is not right, and the stitching is terrible and with the label "snuggs " in them all the same things reported by other people the complaints site she emailed the company immediately but is waiting to hear from them , they charge a 15% restocking fee, so plus postage and postage and import duty paid it will be very costly to return them,so option may be to keep them not so bad if they were good fakes but sub standard fakes is just bad & my son gutted that he was stupidly ordered from the site and would have been better going to a store in town - after paying for the boots £85 plus postage £15 plus then import duty £21 - for an inferior product that could have been purchased down the market for 50 quid. he could have paid just a little more and had a genuine product. He didn't look into the company/reviews etc like he would normally do before purchasing as a friend of his had ordered some and said they were ok and i had checked the site for him as well when delivery was longer than expected and i must admit i thought to that they were the real thing ...very clever wording ... very misleading0 -
I am after the classic tall chestnut version. There don't seem to be many bargains available in the UK even with the january sales. Has anyone had a good experience buying from US or Australia etc.? Which websites did you use and what was the total cost?
I know in some of the earlier posts overseas websites were mentioned but this was a while ago so didn't know if anyone had a more recent purchase?
sttttttttt, how awful - they have worded it cleverly. Seems if you want genuine Ugg Australia boots you have to know everything about the company. I hope it's resolved for your son soon.0 -
I have used nordsrom. They tell you how much the shipping and custom charges are before you pay. They do take a while to come though. My order took 2 weeks. Not really that cheap when you factor in all the extra charges.0

Did you use a discount code? Shudoo tend to not payout cashback if you use codes.HTHComping wishlist for 2017
