I had to go out tonight and I was going to order my girlfriends size 5.5 Uugs later from Shudoo. BUT! now I come back, to see they're out of stock in that size!!!! GRRRRRRRR The discount code only runs until the 8th as well!

Just try again on monday- its only the 4th/5th today, the 8th is tuesday, you have until then to order and I'd find it hard to believe they wont restock.

Yes true but if they don't I'll be angry at myself :-) Ugg's are really popular, so they might not restock in time to use the discount :P

Do they have to be black? They have the short chestnut in her size and a couple of the colours in the Bailey Button style too.

im so annoyed, I ordered some bailey button uggs from ugg.uk.com on wednesday and now the website has been shut down. i was so exited about them i can't believe it.

i paid through pay pal but dont know what to do, should i raise a dispute now? or wait until the 17th? (that is after the 10 working days delivery time)

help!!

The website will have been shut down as the boots were fake. I am pretty sure getting a refund from the site or company themselves would ne neigh-impossible and your best rout I'd imagine is through your credit card if thats how you paid. I think some visa cards (debit cards) have some hope but for each I think you'd have to speak to the credit card company and see if they can do anything for you- hope it works out for you!

Always important to do your research first- next time, if you are unsure of a site, ask first- don't assume the best price is for the genuine product, often its not. I'm not trying to make you feel worse- but just letting you know how you could have handled it better (and hopefully others out there) for if you try to order somewhere next time! Always check the website either here or with the official Ugg store themselves as they know who they sell to (http://www.uggaustralia.com/gb/retailstores/onlinestores.aspx)

just rung up paypal and they have said i can raise a dispute on the 11th but i need to escalate to a claim straight away, then hopefully i should get my money back by 22nd december, so just enough time to get to the shops, im going to see them first and buy them so i have a receipt.

god i hate feeling conned!! that website really looked genuine stupid me!:mad:
