..It just goes from bad to worse.. after waiting in today for the B***dy parcel - phoned Citylink(courier that was used to deliver parcel - to be told it had been delivered - and signed for.. they had used a local Delivery Courier - then when I challenged this - under investigation - the info above ended up to be incorrect..parcel was delivered to a completely different address on SATURDAY!!! - Javaris' tracking service not updated - and after 1.5hrs of phonecalls to Javari, Citylink and the local delivery service, my parcel has gone!! (Driver has stated he is adamant that the parcel delivered had the address it was delivered to on it - he remembers the lady who signed for them and she had been waiting for the parcel.. , and local Courier service suggest that maybe my Sticker with info on it eg Order or tracking number - has been attached to the ladies parcel in transit??) Will now have to wait a further 24/48hrs for the whole parcel process investigation to be completed - then when they confirm that I havent had my lovely Emu boots - they will send out a replacement pair.. Moral is - don't soley rely on the tracking service - I have just checked mine and after Saturday and Today - it is STILL sitting as "Arrival Scan" -aka: at the Courier waiting to be delivered!!!! (THEY BETTER FIT WHEN THEY ARRIVE:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:)

I would phone Javari, get the contact number for the Courier (or if you have a local number for your Courier, phone them direct - I KNEW that Citylink wouldnt ACTUALLY be delivering mine as they dont deliver in my area!.. it was just a case of finding out who they had sub-contracted to - and even then they initially gave me a dud courier, who I said STRAIGHTAWAY didnt deliver in our area.. with a very suspect contact number, that I did try and 2 minutes later notified citylink that as suspected - number didnt work!). If you quote the Tracking number - they should pick up from there what the situation is.. Would do it NOW rather than tomorrow so that you can start the ball rolling - as far as Im concerned, this could have been sorted out Saturday if I hadnt been told to wait until Monday.. ) - Give NO ONE the benefit of the doubt - as certainly in my case - the 2 main companies I have dealt with havent known the A**e from the elbow.. Im very disappointed - Javari stated to me that the parcel couldnt be delivered due to delays in getting it to the Courier on Saturday - but the courier service locally here stated that they ACTUALLY delivered it to the address they thought they were supposed to on Saturday???.. and as I type I have checked the Tracking page - and it STILL is sitting @ "Arrival Scan" - even tho as far as local courier service is concerned - the package with my Reference number has been delivered and signed for since Saturday? - confused?? To put insult to injury - surely the tracking should state (investigating) or something??? - phone them phone them phone them...:mad::mad::mad::mad::eek:

..the moral of my horrible experience is that any large company (or any Company for that matter) - are only as good as the companies they are contracting to, then the same to the Co THEY contract to etc etc.... In my case - JAVARI are very apologetic that I havent got my package within the timescale they hoped (24hrs) - but because there is a "pyramid" of Customer Services underneath them - it makes the process very confiluted and really, very messy.. FINE if it works.. but woe betide if theres a problem as the chain is a very long one to try and untangle... .. my boots better be nice when I get them!
