Hi Jaime-V I have a pair of Emu Bronte Hi. Mine are a size 5. The opening of my boots are 5 inches across length and width. Its ample enough for any foot/leg to pass through.

However I found that its the part where the ankle rests which was really constricting for me. Almost put me off them, but perservered with them and they have stretched a bit. Mind you I wear mine with skinny jeans which are too long for me as it is and involves rolling them up a bit, therefore bulking up my ankle area to begin with!

I read alot on here before I Purchased my Emus and ended up buying them from shu-moo.

I've always worn cheap boots from Primark and this is the 1st time I've ever invested in proper boots, I can't afford uGs. I'm happy with my boots.
  • Slightly off subject, but if I get genuine UgGs, what does the sole wear like?

I've seen so many teenagers shuffling around in this style of boot, particularly that have worn to one edge? I don't know if this is just how UgGs are, or just cheap imitations?

I've just spotted them on my daughter's christmas list, so thought I'd ask those that know!

    Regards
    Munchie

I can't comment on the circumference but there is a huge difference in quality. The stingers I have are excellent quality but I am not impressed by the bronte that I have seen if I had seen the bronte first I would not have bought emus at all.

:T Thank you!! I think I will go for the stingers. Will see if they come back to me with the circumference. If not javari do free returns;)

    thanks a lot:beer:

Oh they seem very skinny for me, the ones I have from New Look are 14 inches circumference. that would make the bronte 10?

Do you mean the bomber boot? None of the tall classics are £152 but the bomber ones are £160

Do you have the link? As Iv went to the site and done a search for UGG and there are 59 UGG items coming up and none are at £152

Edit- found it if you search for ugg classic, but if you just search for ugg they dont show, weird!! I paid £120 from asos for my black shorts

It really depends how much you can afford to spend - if you can tell us (or pm me if you don't want to be posting stuff like that on here) we can suggest what kind of boots you could get her and alternatives to ugg aus such as emu stingers as they are generally cheaper and just as good quality imo - also your daughters show size would help as well.

The Bailey Button is apparently the most wanted UGG this season, worth a look a shoe mooch I've recommded them before. They have a good discount going with DB3 online. I'd also check out the Bronx Reno, Jennifer Aniston has a pair so if your daughter's a celeb fan she might like those.
