Hi i have purchased a pair of what i thought were genuine Ugg boots for £59, from a website called kissugg.co.uk, when i received them i still thought they were real, that was until they took the skin off my heal and the stiching has come away after wearing them no more than 5 times, I bought the crochet ones. I have emailed the retailer with no reply yet, i paid on a credit card but i dont know what my rights are? Any ideas? x x Many thanks0

No number to call....
You need to contact your card issuer if paid by card or contact Paypal for advice, if they are in china they are fakes.Hi i have purchased a pair of what i thought were genuine Ugg boots for £59, from a website called kissugg.co.uk, when i received them i still thought they were real, that was until they took the skin off my heal and the stiching has come away after wearing them no more than 5 times, I bought the crochet ones. Kibrma - Any site with ugg in the url that is not the actual Ugg Austrailia site will be selling fakes.
office have them here for £90
shudoo have them for £90 with a selection of colours.
both those sites are probably on quidco/topcashback so you could get a little something extra back.0 -

I was told by someone to check the official ugg site and they confirm the site is counterfeight, wish id known this before hand! Will i need to return them to the retailer then or wait and see waht my credit card company says?0 -

USC have a discount code of Code: NOV20OFF it took a few attempts to get it to work and it does work on uggs. My 20 year old uni daughter has come home and decided she wants to buy mine so I have ordered another pair!0

I have emus which have never let water in even in the snow.
Are UGGs as good in the wet?
I'm thinking of a classic short pair in chocolate, my wardrobe code would have been ideal but they don't have my size - UK8.0
