mandm are always behind with their clothes , therye always last seasons stuff so like mookie says they buy up old stock ,
thats way over the top for returns !
thankfully my daughter loves her choc baroques i got her off there ! they do have the paperwork with them too

I went to the Ugg shop in London yesterday. They had the full range which included the proper waterproof range. I tried on all the ones I fancied ready for a good discount from the likes of shudoo and cloggs. I now have my eyes on the black roseberry!

Ive got two pairs now from M&M direct, I think they are genuine, from everything ive read about spotting fakes M&M dont tick any boxes, they have the cream sheepskin footbed (on my chocolate ones) the (R) on the undersole, the sole is durable and bends, my certificate that come with both boxes isnt just a photocopy, the box has the sunburst motif under the word UGG.

I am more than happy with M&M direct, and I wouldnt say my latests ones are old season stock as Office are still selling them for £190 where as M&M I got them for £99 plus £5 back through quidco.

I also brought when they were doing their free delivery when spending over £50.

I haven't bought uggs from there but i've bought nike trainers and they were definitely genuine. I wouldn't have any hesitation from buying from there. As others have said they tend to have last season styles or selected sizes.

Yes they are genuine, dont worry M&M have been selling uggs for a couple of years, they sell past season stock and tend to have more available in the less popular colours ie. sand and styles ie. Elsey. They look like a TK Maxx with their various brand names, they probably have stock supplied in much the same way. They may have a few more classics this year in more popular colours due to the new sole design coming out.
