I am soooooo  my whooga boots arrived, the replacement to the 1st faulty pair, this pair are also faulty, worse than the 1st pair and really uncomfortable. I have emailed them and in my anger I just ordered a pair off short black ugg australias from my wardrobe, with quidco and £50 code I thought I'd best do it before its too late my DH is gonna flip as I paypal'd them on his CC I'm thinking I can always return them if I regret it!

Now awaiting reply from whooga, but whatever happens I am gonna opt for a refund this time I'm done with trying to find an alternative brand its just not happening and too much hassle! GRrrrrrr

How annoying is that!!! You are far better off just getting the refund and going for a brand you can trust, I reckon. Especially with the £50 discount.

Do you have to tell your fella you ordered them? Does he check the card transactions? Maybe you can just pay it without him seeing it, he'd be none the wiser then.

If that's a non starter, pick your moment...if you know what I mean...!!

Yup I feel exactly that I've waited and been disappointed twice now, if I mess about any longer trying to save money I'm not only missing out on offer codes on UA boots but also risking them not being in stock if I end up not finding anything else.

I'm really annoyed as its just hassle, having to go through sorting out refund and another trip to the post office its frustrating, I wouldnt buy them again or recommend them either now from this experience, I feel that if a company sells a faulty item they should make the effort to ensure the same problem doesnt happen again, these boots havent been checked properly either that or their stock control standards just arent high enough!

Yes he checks his statements online all the time :o so when is a good time with any man to tell him 'hey I just ordered a £100 pair of ugg boots, after you told me not to buy anymore for myself this side of xmas' ? ;)

Well he came home from work and I just told him I was annoyed at my boots and that I've ordered a pair...he didnt say anything  He has since felt the inside of the whoogas and he's not impressed either. He had someone selling fake bailey buttons come into his work yest and he said they were better quality, but he knows I wont wear fakes so I think he's ok with it.

Looks like I can save that perfect moment for the next impulse buy :rotfl:

They are the ones i want:o For the wet days when i cant wear my other ones. A girl at my uni was wearing them today and they were gorgeous. Hubby was making noises about getting me them for xmas:p

On the plus side though the uggs you buy are cheaper than the adults:D

You need me to tell you when is a good time?? Maybe when they are trying to get their leg over, perhaps? I always find that the most productive moment...you can get anything out of a man when he's gagging for it!!
