Have emailed it to Viva now. The lady i spoke to was very concerned about what i was saying and has spoken to her business manager who is going to speak to their buyer. She maintained that the uggs they sell are genuine and is going to sort it out for me and get back to me in the next couple of days.

I also pointed out to her that nearly all the colours listed on their site were wrong! Tan instead of chestnut, Brown instead of chocolate etc. All of this made me pretty suspicious as to the authenticity of their product.
