Hellooo i'm a Newbie, just ordered a pair of UGGS from spoiledbrat.co.uk using the 30% discount code in the codes thread and am now a little concerned, the image on the shop site didn't look like the UGGS i'd seen elsewhere so i emailed UGG and asked if they were official resellers and got the following response:
Thank you for your email. unfortunately the website that you are referring to 'spoiledbrat' does not appear to be one of our authorized UGG Australia retailers. do recommend that you purchase your authentic UGG Australia product from our website if you are uncertain if a particular retailer is an Authorized retailer
Am now a bit worried! Has anyone ordered from this company before?
Thanks, Becky0 -

Hi there,
Shudoo have been in touch and would like to issue the follow statement of warning about a rogue Ugg website:
"We would like to make clear to Monday Saving Expert readers that ecwarmboots.com has no relation to Shudoo Ltd. We are horrified ecwarmboots is attempting to appear as Shudoo.co.uk by using our colour theme and referencing Shudoo within content.
Please be careful when buying sheepskin boots online.
We've heard many horror stories and please feel free to send your own at http://www.shudoo.co.uk/forms.php?form_id=48."
To find out more about how to buy authentic Uggs, please see the MSE Uggs Deals Note.
Hope this helps,

Hi there guys can be doing with some help here!
I bought a pair of classic short ugg boots from Office on tuesday, took them home to discover what i first thought looked like scratches on the front of the boot on the suede. I took them back to which the girl showed me another 2 pairs and said that the larger sizes (im a size 7) experience this with the packaging causing the marks. Is this rubbish basically or has anyone experienced a situation like this? Thanks Paula0 -
My GF has classic tall uggs in size 7 and they are always prestine (she's had a few pairs). The Head Honcho (does very little work)0

I wonder why my boots are the other pairs in the shop are like this then, office don't do refunds aswell

Perhaps they have batch which are like it... Check in another shop and try on a pair of their size 7's to examine.
Regardless of Office' policy, if they have sold you something which is not up to par and they cannot supply you with ones which are, then you can get a refund, statutory rights and all that. The Head Honcho (does very little work)0 -
