Bailey buttons - hmm, I love the look of them, BUT.... The bit that goes around your leg (the shaft) is too floppy. I know it is meant to be floppy, but you can just tell that the option to have it sort of half up and half folded down, which looks so nice in my opinion, is going to rapidly change into flopped completely down only. They are not thick enough to stay up, so you will end up with an ankle pixie boot.
I looked at them in Schuh and they do look lovely. I got my daughter a pair of the Classic Tall Uggs last Christmas and I really fancy a pair of the Bailey Buttons for her, especially while that 20% code is still valid...that'd get me the boots for £128 if my maths is correct.
Got to be the best price I'll get, but then if they don't fit she won't be able to return them after Christmas if I get them this early...dilemma!!!0 -
Thanks for that, notlongnow. I saw this post a few days ago on here so it does seem like others have been less than impressed with the Bailey Buttons.

Honest and truly I have had mine for about three months and wore them often and they show no signs of even sagging even a tiny bit. occasionally the back part will fold down, leaving the front part still 'up' but I think its because they caught on the back of my jeans and has happened no more than twice.
Absolutely no saggyness here....lolMay £10 a day challenge£19.61/£310Ebay challenge...£12.61/£2000 -
Never been a fan of UGG's but I went and tried some on today but I couldn't get them on.
Everyone says get a size smaller than normal so I tried on a 6 (I'm normally a 7) but I couldn't get it past my instep! I tried a 7 and it wasn't much better.
With a lot of struggling I could have got them on but I'm sure after three or four wearings the back of the heel would have collapsed.
Is there a trick to them? Or do I just have fat feetThere will always be:

I am a 7 and wear a 7 in UGGs too, I wouldnt be able to fit in a 6. Sounds like you were trying the wrong size. The back of the heel wouldnt collapse. Whatever they are made of makes it impossible or them to collapse, they are too tough.
Are you sure you were trying on real ones? They do 'give' a bit after a while.May £10 a day challenge£19.61/£310Ebay challenge...£12.61/£2000 -

That would be why the ones you tried on wouldn't fit...if you're a 7, you'd need a 7.5.0 -
I've got a pair of Chestnut short uggs which are just about to start their third winter. They are still in fab condition but I've got the "UGG" bug and fancy some more from Father Christmas. I'm undecided between getting another pair of short or splashing out on the long ones. I really like the chocolate colour. What do you all think are the best length? I just need a bit of advice (my husband is useless with stuff like this ha ha). x0

Have been trawling the sites again this year. The place I got my Ugg's from last year seems to have changed it's name (again)!!!0 -
Hi Jillybobs - I like the long ones best - I have 5 pairs off tall uggs and only 1 short, I usually wear mine over jeans and I find they tuck into the tall ones better. I really like the chocolate ones too - I think they will be my next pair!

If your asking if the site is fake or not, why not go to the official Ugg site and ask/check with them- they have a list of verified Ugg seller sites:
