I made a post on the 1st of december about getting my uggs from shudoo. I've worn them all week and they're unbelievably warm, however i've noticed the heels of my feet are stained from the black sheepskin, and some bits of sheepskin have been coming off the boots onto my floor. Is this just me wearing them in? This is my first pair of real decker uggs, so i was just seeking advice from someone who already has them.
Also another quick question, because of the bad weather i'm scared of them wearing away quicker, is there a recommended care product? Many thanks.

Hi, did the boots arrive as ive ordered from there aswell me being stupid i didnt check the website out before i ordered and now im really worried as i got an email to confirm order and tracking number but there was no tracking number, ive sent loads of emails to different email addresses attached to this website and ive had no reply, any advice would be appreciated.

Where is the best place to get genuine UGG Australia boots for kids? My daughter is only UK size 2 so I can't buy any of the bargain priced adult boots on offer (as I have for my older daughter) as they are still too big for her. However, all the kids' classic tall boots seem to be £120!! Any suggestion please?
