  • Hey everyone, have been searching for UGGs for ages trying to get a good deal, was in a shop called Bank at the weekend (pretty sure they are a chain) and they had a 20% student discount offer on, even on UGGs! So i got myself a pair, work out at £112.

ahhhh!! Could someone please HELP mE!!!!!
I have a real pair of uGg boots which i paid £140 for from a well known retailer. They have lasted sooo well and i would recommend them highly!! Have worn them non stop for nearly a yr now and still in perfect condition!! Although i would like another pair in a different colour.
Where would any of u recommend i get them from?? I've tried emu boots but they just are not the same!! I would like to buy a real pair again but for a little bit cheaper!! I hope someone can help!!!
    Thanks!! :-)

    What colour are you after?
  • John Lewis have a large selection of UGGS - they even had the leopard print ones...hmmm not sure that I like them though.

I love the leopard ones. I've bought a cheapo pair from Primark so I can see if I like them enough to splash out on a real pair.:rotfl:
  • Hi

Has anybody any experience of the following site?

    http://www.shoestoboot.com/ugg_boots.cfm

Their Uggs look quite cheap, same price as REI for kids classics, just wondering if they are genuine or if you get stung for customs charges with them?

I'm desperate for a pair of Leopard for my daughter, REI had them in the other day but only in a size 6 (since sold out) and the above site say that the Leopard are coming soon.

I'm new to the world of Ugg so any tips would be welcomed.

    S~
  • If i can't go to the shop and try them on then i'd be careful, especially if ordering your first pair!
  • hi, sorry if these have already been checked but does anyone know if voguestore.com or yoyosilver.com are any good?
    thanks
  • eyelashes, I dont know about voguestore, but I think the general consensus is that yoyosliver is dodgy.. the tiffany jewellery on there is fake, so it is likely the Uggs are too.
  • thanks charl!
think voguestore are prob dodgy too...ah well nevermind!

got some tall chestnuts last year from rei.com for a total of £89 inc shipping:D even got away without customs! and now really [strike]want[/strike] need some tall chocs but cant justify the £170 price tag!:rotfl:

    £89! That's a bargain! :T

Bootbarn have the tall chocs http://www.bootbarn.com/itemview/view/view/view/view/7972/last_updated/All/All/All

$159 (£80 ish) plus $35 delivery (I think) but there is a code for 15% off, if it is still working.

I think everyone who has ordered from Bootbarn recently though has been stung with customs. There is a UPS handling charge of £11 plus VAT in most cases, so doesn't always work out as cheap, but still a lot off the UK RRP!

    Or there's shudoo http://www.shudoo.co.uk/product/ugg-australia/classic-tall/

There is a 15% off code (not sure if still valid, think it is thoguh) which would bring them down to £140ish delivered.

    :)
