Sick note date - when would I return to work?

Hi all,
I had a doctors appointment on a Monday evening (31.8.15) - I was signed off for 2 weeks. On my note it states:
- 'from 31.8.15 to 14.9.15
Would I return to work on Monday 14th or Tuesday 15th September?
Thanks in advance - I have never had a sick note before!

I would say the 15th. Note runs until end of day.0

Presuming the doctor has actually filled out the from and to dates then you will still be sick on the 14th and will return to work (or get another note) on the 15th0
