Are there any good & cheap credit repair agencies?

Hello,
I was discharged from BR in March 2012 and starting to think about credit repair as I inch slowly towards the 6 year mark. I have ordered my credit files as the sticky note on credit repair (thank you!! & in general, thank you to everyone on this forum - this information & support saved my life when I was going through BR, no exaggeration...!). I know I can do the clean up myself for free/cheap but I'm not living in the UK at the moment and if I could pay an agency a couple hundred quid to save me the hassle and emotional trauma of mailing all the creditors, this would be well worth the money. It's not a massively complicated one - probably just 3-4 that need to be updated, but I'm not entirely confident in my reading/interpretation of the file.
Are there cheap and reputable agencies among these? I know there are lots that prey...
Thank you!
