Freezing Fruit

The last couple of weeks Asda have been selling off there strawberries cheap as they have loads , been buying them for as little as 10p a 400g punnet taking them home and washing them then cuttin the bag bits out drying out on a tea towel , laying them on a tray and popping in a freezer overnight then putting in a 2L ice cream tub
ideal for smoothies , also done same with raspberries and pineapples :beer:

if you are just doing it for smoothies , I wouldnt bother with the mucking around. Just wash them and stick them straight into tubs
