Hi all
i was declared bankrupt in november 2014 and just been checking my hmrc account and it still
showing i owe them, is this correct, or should this be change to settled.

Welcome to MSE
The nature of the debt owed to HMRC may be an issue but, generally speaking, if the bill had been determined before you declared bankruptcy it should have been included as a provable debt. The normal exception to this rule is if there is an issue of fraud it will be excluded.
Please be aware that some organisations will not mark a debt as zero until you have been discharged (which I assume will be in November 2015).
