Holiday pay and p60

I've asked for my holiday pay to be sorted through ACAS with my previous employer.
Should I win and my previous employer pay my holiday pay, will they have to issue a new p60 showing the tax paid?

P60 forms are issued to those employed by an employer on 5 April.
As they are your former employer and have not yet paid the holiday pay, it would only be on a P60 if you were to rejoin them and still be employed by them on 5 April 2016.0 -
When I got some holiday pay paid by an ex employer, the tax office in their wisdom sent them a tax code and reduced the tax code on my actual employment. Had to call tax office and tell them that I wasn't actually working there any more and get them to put the tax code back as it was. So watch out for that.0

I need a p60 to show actual earning to April 2015, as my holidays were not paid how can I show my actual earnings?0

As I understand it you can't. Anything you receive this financial year will count as this year's pay.0

If you get a payment now, it would appear in the 2015/16 tax period I would have thought. The 2014/15 P60 wouldn't be affected.0

What is the reason for needing evidence of your 2014-15 earnings?
It may be that, if you "win" and holiday pay is awarded, the confirmation of the payment being in respect employment in 2014-15 would be acceptable.
If it is in respect of paying tax, then you would be stuck with it being paid in the current year.
I can think of other reasons why you might want the evidence a higher income last year but perhaps you could say what it is so a reply can be a bit more specific.0
