Sister problems with work

My sister works for a national care company as a home help, she has worked there for almost 4 years and all of a sudden out of the blue they have suspended her citing theft. Since this meeting over a week ago she has received a letter requesting her to go in for a meeting where she can only have another employee or union member with her. She isnt a member of a union and only other members that know her is our mum so she cant go for obvious reasons. In this letter there are reasons stating that she has put poor standard of work, lack of communication and poor time keeping. Apparently over four years she has de frauded the company of £66. They have never mentioned any of this before in fact when other members of staff have holidays/sickness it is my sister that calls in, and her clients often phone the office and ask if they can have my sister in future as she is so pleasant and does the job well. What can she do?
