Hi I got a five digit code, Cafe Nero said they could not accept it so I ended up paying 2.60 for the drink. How did you redeem the code for something they will accept? thanks

The code should be 9 characters (3 lots of 3 separated by hyphens)

I received them via e-mail and they are 9 digits, mostly letters and some numbers
