Sorry Ive arrived at the party a little late!
Congrats on using the PPI claim to good effect.
I was going to make two comments which may or may not have helped...
1) PPI claim is money you didn't have last week, if you pay off the loan you wont have it next week....remember we don't miss what we don't have!
2) Look at the payments and the interest (I know someone else has mentioned interest. But how many payments have you just paid i.e. if your paying £200 per month on the loan the £2K has paid 10 months.
