Have been meaning to get round to this and today I have. I have Windows 10 and installed MyDrive Connect. I have connected the sat nav and it says I have four updates. I click on MyDrive and everything works fine. I click update all and then all I get is a white screen with the TomTom logo in the left corner.
Can someone please help me as I don't know what I am doing wrong but it just won't update
I have also signed in to my account on the actual Sat Nav too

Do you have enough free memory in the satnav, to take the updates?
If not, you will need to install a micro SD card.0 -
There should be enough space, it says 4629mb used, 2797mb free. The map update is 3527mb but i'd have thought during the update it would delete the old map and install the new. I tried installing another update which is 2mb and the same thing happens0

No, it won't overwrite the original map.
It'll install the new map first, then, when the new map is successfully installed, it'll delete the old one.
It does it that way, in case the installation of the update is interrupted, or the file is corrupted, because, if the old one was deleted first, you would be left with no working map.
It'll also need a bit of "working space" to actually carry out the update, in much the same way Windows can't defragment a completely full HDD.
If more storage space doesn't work, try deleting and reinstalling the updater program on your computer.0 -
I find MyDrive with my TomTom GO 50 temperamental on updates.
I generally d/l the updates, then I connect the GO 50 on USB to the PC, then switch the satnav off and on again to get the 'drum sound'. After that, the update kicks in.0
