Mag Dailies anyone else still waiting for prize ?

I have won a few times on the mag dailies and whilst it brilliant to win I have found I always seem to have to chase them for the prizes! I wait as informed the 28 days and then have to email. The latest I have emailed twice now each time they say it's been posted and nothing has arrived . I wish the PR companies would sort this out it is very frustrating. Any other comp and they seem to have one trouble getting prizes our usually within a few days!

    I have had several prizes from the daily mags and to be honest with all but one they have arrived within the 28 working days some have taken the full 28 but have received a couple within a couple of days, and some just turned up out of the blue, so not sure if this helps at all but do find some better than others.

    yes I had to chased 2 up recently before they arrived & I'm still waiting for one - this has been my experience over the years
