Anybody had to appear in a publicity photo or video for your prize? Even more anybody appeared on a ITV competition clip (Good Morning Britain, This Morning etc) to talk about your win and what it meant to you?

I had to do a video for youtube when I won a car as well as loads of photo's and several telephone interviews. I can't say I enjoyed it but it was worth it for a big prize:).

not me, but my son won a drawing competition a couple of years ago and had to have his picture taken receiving his prize to go in the company's newsletter

Barclays bank took a few snaps, when I collected some tickets for a trip to Barcelona.

Never saw them published, though they also sent me a print!

Maybe used for internal newsletters and such?

A while after I won with Real Deal, ITV phoned and asked whether I would like to go to where they were recording a programme and talk to David Dickinson.


Didn't feel that I could cope with the fuss though, and declined.

I dodged a bullet by saying I simply 'couldn't find a window' when I won something from Range Rover.

I had photos taken when I won £1000 with Heart radio a few years back. I went to the studio had the pics done and as I had my children with me, they were given a goodie bag each. It was quite good fun in the end, seeing behind the scenes of the station and chatting to the presenters. (luckily it was only a 20 minute walk from home)

I won another £1000 from a puzzle mag a few months back and they just wanted a 'happy' photo sent, which was easy.
