Just Mortgages Refund Policy

Does anyone know what just mortgages refund policy is?
Paid £495 8 months ago and on my 2nd mortgage broker cos the 1st one left just mortgages halfway through my first application.
Doesnt answer calls or emails and conveniently has annual leaves and holidays every couple of months.
Only responds once in a blue moon.
Will it be possible to get a refund or is the £495 gone and i should just cut my losses and find another broker?
The other party are on our cases to speed it up.

Write them a letter of complaint and copy in Legal & General mortgage club - mortgageclub@landg.com
(assuming its just mortgages down in Essex?)

Although once you write a complaint they can no longer act for you until it is resolved.

  • gunner786 - Did you have any luck getting your money back? I'm asking as my other half and I are in the process of applying for a mortgage through Just Mortgages and are having similar issues.

Additionally our mortgage offer was sent to a random solicitor we aren't dealing with which means they now have our bank details and personal information, after calling our lender we have discovered that this information could only have come from our broker. We are not happy!!
