  • What APR is the loan?

Did you know that you can overpay the loan at any branch?
  • 6.3%apr, when i spoke to them about overpaying they said i would have to save it up and pay it at the end!

Dont know of any CCs that will transfer direct to loans, but Egg and MBNA allow transfers to current accounts at the same 0% or low interest rate. Loan can then be paid off from here.
No Longer works for MBNA as of August 2010 - redundancy money will be nice though.

Whoever told you that has blatenly lied to you!
As long as you do it over the counter you can make ANY overpayment over the counter. It can be for any amount.
If it is the bank that has told you that I would complain.
