Most my debt has came of my credit file because it's been 6 years.
What can they do if I don't pay it now? It's not on my cried file and they can't put it back on
It's not sttared bared because I've had contact with them and paid in the past.
I have a ccj that will come of my credit file this month if I pay it off will it showed pud in full on my file

You have a CCJ so surely you know the process if you don't pay?0

Nope, how would a ccj show I know how debt works?0

If you have been paying then even though they have disappeared surely the creditor can apply for a CCJ?
Why would you risk having that for years on your file?LBM July 2006. Debt free 01 Sept 12 .. :T

Sounds like your ccj was never enforced.
The methods of enforcing a ccj are
bailiffs (could be High Court Enforcement Agents)
attachment to earnings
charging order
third party debt order (usually freezing your bank account)
statutory demand (bankruptcy) if over 5k (from 1/10/15)
they can also have an order to obtain information so that the claimant can work out the best method.0 -
I think what you are asking is what the effect of not paying these debts would have on your credit file? In my experience they can only do what they could do when the debts were shown...ie: if they have valid CCA's etc they could still apply for CCJ.0
