Travel must be undertaken by the Winner and their Guest by 1 December 2016. The following exclusion periods apply: Easter, School and Bank Holidays, Christmas and New Year; 18 December 2015–3 January 2016, 8–19 February 2016, 18 March–10 April 2016, 30 May–3 June 2016.

Simply means if the flight is delayed you are not entitled to compensation under the EU 261/2004 - as you have not "paid" for your flights

As you may be aware, a prize draw to win a holiday to Sharm el-Sheikh was launched in the Autumn edition of our inflight magazine Passport back in September, and was promoted on our website, social media channels, and emails. Due to the recent events we found it appropriate to cancel the competition.
We apologise for the inconvenience; however, please do keep your eyes peeled as a new prize draw will be launched in the next edition, out from 1st December 2015.
