Hi,
So presently, I work in Public Sector as a Bereavement Advisor. I process notifications of death, action residual issues on cases such as arrears crediting or referring overpayments, as well as assisting surviving spouses inheriting state pension, or looking at either bereavement benefits or social fund funeral payment claims.
In the past, I have arranged funerals when a family member has died, registered the death, etc.
However, I am contemplating going a step further now. I am actually toying with the idea of doing EVERYTHING as far as a death is concerned. From notifying Government departments to registering the death, even making arrangements financially to sort out ones estate etc.
In a way.....an independent bereavement advisor. Just more reasonably priced than likes of Chorus Law or Cooperative XD
Could people please give their take on this, to give me a flavour for what peoples demands or thoughts are on it?

And what are your legal qualifications?
Sorry to be harsh, but if there's something I can't deal with myself, it's likely I'd want a properly qualified solicitor to handle it.Signature removed for peace of mind0
