The prize is for two people to travel on G Adventures' 'Best of Egypt' tour, leaving before 29 February 2016 and booked before 30 November 2015, provided a minimum of four paying passengers are confirmed on the chosen departure. The prize is as detailed on the G Adventures website: gadventures.co.uk/trips/best-of-egypt/DPBE/2015/. The prize includes flights from London to the value of £550 return per person.
The prize does not include any airport taxes; travel arrangements between the prize winner’s house and departure airport; the cost of any passports or travel documentation required for the prize winner or prize winner's guest to travel to Egypt; travel insurance; pre- or post-tour accommodation; “My Own Room” or “My Own Tent”; amendments; gratuities; taxes, fees or levies; personal spending money; food and drink; or any additional extras outside those specified in the prize description. Any additional costs and expenses incurred during the trip will be the responsibility of the prizewinner.
Passport, visa, and vaccination procurement and costs are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guests.
Please note that the prize winner and his/her guest will be required to purchase travel insurance, including medical coverage, to take participate in the trip.
Dates of departure are subject to availability, and the winner and prize winner's guest must travel together on the same trip. The winner agrees that their name may be used in all required publicity material.
