Hi
Just a quick question please
Husband was declared br 12/3/09 and discharged 25/1/10. Should this still show on his credit file. It is not on Experian but still on Equifax so wondering if we should query this
Thanks

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."

Experian says a minimum of 6 years from the date of the bankruptcy order. http://www.experian.co.uk/consumer/credit-education/credit-after-bankruptcy.html
Not sure exactly what "minimum" of 6 years means when it should just be 6 years. You can get in contact with Equifax and find out why they haven't removed it yet.:footie:
Regular savers earn 6% interest (HSBC, First Direct, M&S)
Loans cost 2.9% per year (Nationwide) = FREE money.
