Thank you Lula and something seems to be happening with Dr Dragon, he has (without being prompted :eek:) started clearing/tidying the study (supposed to be a 2nd and single bedroom but the chances of getting a bed in there are .... nil :rotfl:)

After lunch I will sort out the last of my stitching, photograph it (so my wonderful Stunt Stitchers can pick and choose what they stitch next ) and kit any up that aren't kitted already , and then ruth_honey can have the rest of the floss, and a floor lamp (hmm wonder if Dr Dragon would take a day off mid October and we could drive down to see her with them all, rather than her driving up here :think:)

great news about Dr. Dragon having caught the 'changes for the better' bug

Sometimes it just take one person s small action to set of a whole chain of events. It's so easy to get stuck in a rut with life & find it hard to move forwards, but then when you do, all sorts of other things start happening too.

Hope you don't mind me asking Dragon, but I keep thinking about learning to crochet but have absolutely no idea how or where to start, so wonder if you could recommend any books or point me in a vague direction ?

As the title states, this is a winge so please ignore it

My weight hurtled up by five pounds (down a pound today though ) courtesy of a day on pain killers :mad:, no more books have sold , pain levels have gone from 15 out of a possible 10 to 20 out of a possible 10 :eek:, oh and still having panic attacks _pale_, and as well as this my crochet went wrong :think:

In good news Dr Dragon is home and we are doing the shopping today , I have picked myself up, dusted myself off and and planning on starting afresh!

sorry things are literally a bit up and down at the moment. But at least the trend is generally downwards isn't it?

Sorry to be thick but why would pain meds increase your weight?

Thanks Chev - um pain meds, well one lot makes everything .... urm stop shall we say (and only just touches the pain) the other lot are steroids (which only just touch the pain), frankly 99.9% of the time I am better off not taking them so I don't!

Okay today I plan to crochet and try to ignore the reason for the panic attacks (not so easy!)

Oops not been keeping up with this! (or my blogs to a certain extent), another book has sold (yay :j:j), another pound off (two more to go to hit two stone lost ), I have been getting some housework/clearing done (sofa in the main as in a couple of weeks some friends need to sleep on it :eek:), crochet keeps FUBARing , debt busting .... urm has slowed a bit! I think I will be firing on all cylinders again in November :rotfl::A
