*sigh* another flipping dose of flu! This means I am not eating much (so putting weight on ), but it looks as though I will be seeing a dietician again (and hopefully this one will be better than the last one - who told me I HAD to eat nuts twice a day even though I am fatally allergic )

So I need to get back to tracking my food on Calorie Count AND I must try and get some stitching done next week as well, as well as this I need to try and get some pressies ordered. Might need some chivvying!

  • Sometimes that is all you can do- seems to be me as well at the moment. I don't have time for much of a catch up unless i am on late at night..but i have a sleeping pattern now. Which is good :)

Re sleeping - Dr Dragon is stunned as I am sleeping more than 3 hours a night (amazing what being ill can do for you! :rotfl:)

Blimey, Dragon - I haven't been keeping up with your thread, and you've *really* been going through the mill..... _pale_ sorry to hear you're so poorly. Its one thing to have these harsh viruses, but ulcerated legs and passing out... thats no joke. And lack of sleep is horrible, I'm a bit up and down myself with that - but again, nowhere near as bad as you, I'm feeling sorry for myself today because I only got 5 hours last night again.

Hope you get a good night tonight.

Thanks Karmacat - I think I need to get myself "grounded" again (as well as lose stonking amounts of weight!), as soon as the ulcerated leg is sorted (by Christmas if not before we hope!) I can exercise but before then I hope to start meditating again (and pick my daily tarot and Goddess cards out again!)

I also want to get the cleaning done , Lemon Tree about that swap of me doing your Chrimble Cards for cleaning? :D
