This prize draw is promoted by Carers Trust. Registered Office: Carers trust, 32-36 Loman Street, London, SE1. Carers Trust is a registered charity in England and Wales (1145181) and in Scotland (SCO42870).

1. This prize draw is open to persons aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. It is not open to employees of Carers Trust, their families or anyone connected to the prize draw.
2. Entrants are required to sign up to take part in Britain’s Best Breakfast in order to qualify for entry into the prize draw.
3. Web entry: entrants must complete the registration form at www.britainsbestbreakfast/register/host to submit an entry into the prize draw.
4. By entering this prize draw, entrants consent to Carers Trust processing their personal information in accordance with the terms of Carers Trust’s Privacy Policy.
5. A person may enter the prize draw only once.
6. Carers Trust prize draw entries may be submitted from noon on 01/09/2015 until midnight on 18/10/2015. Entries received before or after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.
7. Entries which appear to the promoter (in its sole discretion) not to have been submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions or are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified from entry to the prize draw.
8. Prize draw: one (1) winner will be selected on 21/10/2015 and will be awarded the following prize:

9. There is no cash alternative and the prize is non-transferable.
10. The prize winner will be notified by 31/10/2015 by email. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the prize draw. When a winner is notified under this paragraph, they will be required to notify the Carers Trust of their home address.
11. Carers Trust will send the prize to the winner’s home address by Royal Mail Special Delivery within 14 days of receipt of the winner’s home address details by email, following the winner having been notified under paragraph 10 above.
12. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, after 14 days the Carers Trust reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
13. Carers Trust will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the prize from being delivered to the winner.
14. Carers Trust’s announcement of the winning entrant is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The name and county of the winner will be made available on written request for up to 90 days after the prize draw winner is drawn.
15. Carers Trust reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrants for doing so.
16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
17. This prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
