Thinking of getting a Kenwood chef.

My mum bought one of these when I was a little girl 40+ years ago and its still going strong. She got the blender to use with it (mostly used for coffee beans - the soup was vile), she also got a mincer and sausage maker which caused many hours of hilarity in the kitchen (you cant help but laugh when they come out). She has used the K beater for hundreds, maybe even thousands of cakes as the capacity is bigger than a food processor. So its still going strong after 40 plus years. I always thought it was a bit large and unwieldy though and never bought one - I have a kenwood food processor.0

I had mine bought as a wedding (1st time around) present back in 1972 and it's still going strong! They cost £25 then.....The only attatchment I haven't had much use for is the slicer/shredder - easier to use a grater or nowadays a processor.I use it regularly for bread and batch baking cakes.Well worth the money!!0

Wouldn't be without mine! Wore out the motor on my first doing loads of bread dough, have had current model since early 80's.Resolution:

All I use is a Magic Bullet for chopping stuff and I have a hand blender which cost me just under £4. For bashing and crushing I give my muscles a good work out and use a pestle and mortar.0
