CCA Request Response from Lloyds

I recently sent CCA requests to my four creditors.

Disappointingly two have responded and have provided copies of original doc with my signature on.

This morning I got response from Lloyds Bank and they enclosed a copy of the agreement but with no signature on. They added the note stating that they have satisfied their obligation under section 77 and will not be entering into any further correspondence regarding copy agreements.

The agreement date was July 2007 so after the April 2007 date which appears to be important in regard to CCA requests.

Does the fact the agreement was after April 2007 mean that they don't have to provide a doc with my signature on ?

It is worth me pursuing this any further or should I just accept it and make a FFP offer?

Thanks
Jo
