Slightly strange terms, states you must attend a fashion show and pick up a form and hand it in, but then they give an online form with no mention of a show, so I reckon just go for it.
The Prize Draw opens at 9am (BST) on Saturday 12 September 2015 and closes at 11:59pm (BST) on Sunday 11 October 2015 (the “Closing Date”).
Although the form is there now
