Help please - What tv comp email address

[FONT="]Hi all. I received an email from What tv competitions over a month ago saying that I had won either a Moto E 4G or Moto G 4. I have not received the prize or any further correspondence. I have replied to this original email 3 times chasing the prize but I am not getting anywhere. There is another email address listed within the email but I receive a message failed reply so I take it that this address must not be right - gkotgan@webershandwick.com. Has anyone won with these before and does anyone have the correct email address to chase the prize? Thanks[/FONT]
