Debtmonkey1 is now debtmonkey1a & 2 months on from BR!

Hi all!
Just to say I am debtmonkey 1 but have had to re-register as forgot password & every time I tried to sort this the system said 'address not recognised' (??!) so thought it better to re-register as the new improved debtmonkey1a!!
Ok....2 months on. How do I feel?? GREAT! After the OR meeting no further contact from them & I've even got quite a few parking fines written off (my OR advised me on this-what a nice man!). No more worries about debt & my house has now been voluntarily surrendered to the lender-wiping off any potential 'shortfall' claim & also £20k to Welcome Finance (horrid people...no equity so nothing will be left for them!!!).
It really was the best thing I've done & so simple! As I got a lot of info from here/the web PRIOR to BR I managed to get everything correct before Bankruptcy so had no further worries.
Hope all are ok...& I'm hoping in a few onths for an ED! My examiner said he'd reccomend me for this.
I see brokenhearted (WHY does she come on here when she ain't bankrupt/has no intention of going BR??!) & the self-styled 'Simon Cowell' of the boards are making their usual helpful comments.....HO HUM!

Hi Debtmoney1A,
I've just gone Br (not had OR interview yet) and i'm finding things really tough. Stopped paying my debts 5 months ago, so not even had the extra income from not paying them. I still have no regrets about going BR and i am ever hopeful that things will br right soon, just going through that period of trying to balance books that haven't a hope in hell of being balanced, opening accounts & sorting DDs.
I hope a few months down the line i can post something positive like you.
Glad things are going well for you and it gives me some hope that they will for me too.The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter
