Pinecone Northern Ireland?

I have been registered with pinecone for a while now but they have just sent a product to test. Until then I didn't realise that when I joined I must have used my parents address in England as Iive in NI and there is no option to put NI counties in the address section. Do I just ignore the product and keep on using the address as in England or do I tell them I have moved to NI? I don't want them to cancel my registration as I do use the vouchers from the surveys I do with them. I do a few survey sites and am always pleased when I get an email from pinecone because of the £3 per survey

You need to tell them your true address. If you haven't tested the product, how can you write an honest review about it ? From their website :

    "
Is it ok to complete the follow-up survey even if I haven't received the test product?

To ensure the accuracy of the product testing results reported to the client, panelists need to respond based on their actual usage. If the test product has not arrived by the start of the follow-up survey, please contact us by e-mail so we can troubleshoot the problem."

So all those £3 payments have been on the false premise that you live in England.
