Halifax Mortgage

Just wondered if anyone can advise on the following question... Our buyers have their mortgage application with Halifax, they are good for the money (good deposit/credit scores etc) and FTB's, the survey was carried out last Friday - how long after this does it usually take for a mortgage offer to come through from Halifax? This is all we are waiting on - once they have an offer we can exchange!!

myn was within the couple of daysDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

The valuation/survey was done on the house I'm buying on a Friday and my mortgage broker had the offer through first thing on the following Tuesday. 😀0
