dolly84 I find instant calmer really good, but I have never been able to find it again. Do you have a reliable source of it you'd be willing to let on?!

I bought two full size tubes online but I can't remember where from, I just did a search for it but this was quite a long while ago. I also bought 5 mini tubes on ebay so it may be worth looking on there.

sncjw - for £2 you really can't go wrong with the Lidl perfume, I've had it before and it is similar to Chanel.

    I have some uu's

Max Factor Miracle Match Foundation - this was a sachet from a magazine, there were several uses in it but I only used it once as despite using powder it left me shiny and emphasised pores I didn't know I had. The colour and coverage was good though.

Elemis Tranquil Touch Body Wash 50ml - gorgeous, WNBA unless I got a great price though.

Ojon Full Detox Shampoo 250ml - this is only to be used once a fortnight so it lasts forever. WNBA I don't need this type of product.

Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish - this was one of the travel sizes. WBA. Have replaced it with a pot of Emma Hardie Moringa Balm.

  • I haven't accepted any toiletries freebies lately, I have two tubes of sunblock on offer, but I also have a bottle virtually unused from this year that is a higher SPF.

I did have a really nice tweezer and nail scissors set this week, which was something different, direct from the manufacturers. I will probably give it to my grand-daughter, as I'm at home mostly and this is a handbag item.

My Aldi coconut shampoo is spluttering, this big 400ml bottle has lasted about eight months (it has been used in rotation with other products, I have three bottles of shampoo that were review freebies). Lovely stuff.

I saw you posted over there about harpers bazaar leighton denny freebies. Do you know what colours they are. My supermodel needs replacing.
Hey Val, the six available Leighton Denny colours are Morning Dew, I Like Lilac, Purple Reign, Really Royal, It's An Honour and Gold Save The Queen. :) I have actually managed to resist so far! :p

Two more use ups from my Project Pan list to report: the 30ml White Company Shampoo and Conditioner ran out this morning although I still have a little of the matching body lotion to use up. It was a hotel freebie and was very nice but I probably wouldn't buy it. I also finished the 1.5ml L'Occitane Ultra Rich Comforting Cream sachet. This lasted four uses and was really nice. It feels very moisturising without being too greasy and doesn't upset my skin. I might buy it in future for the winter months but it's probably too rich for me to use on a daily basis.
Time may be a great healer, but it's a lousy beautician.... :/

Thanks. Haven't seen the mag anywhere so have not been tempted. X

Got a few uu to report, they all seem to have come at once. Also have an in, balance me hand cream which was free with a magazine.

lush creamy candy bubble bar - WBA I liked the scent of this and it easily did two baths with lots of bubbles.

gardenia of London lavender and sweet pea body mist - Wmba I got bored of this in the end and wasn't overly bothered about the scent. I've got a feeling I've got another somewhere. I think I prefer the rose scent from this range.

Hello kitty mouthwash- WBA I know it's for kids but the packaging is so cute and it tastes lovely. I hate mint flavour but have to use sensodyne toothpaste so I liked this as its strawberry :o. This was in my overnight bag for work and did a good job, although the bottle is small so it didn't last hugely long.

vaseline active fresh deodorant spray - WBA did an okay job, scent was okay, nice and fresh smelling. I have a couple more of these stashed.

That girls got attitude pink daisy dry shampoo - Wnba I really didn't like the scent of this and it left a ton of white powder everywhere, I know you do with most dry shampoos to an extent, but this was bad! Much prefer the scent of the pink tesco own one. It did an ok job but I would rather buy tesco own or batiste I think.

Sanctuary body scrub mini - WBA I love the scent of sanctuary products. This is a nice gentle scrub. Think I have a few more stashed away.

Sanctuary intensive heel balm - WBA this is lovely and thick in consistency and did a good job. I'll definitely be looking to get more of this when I have my next surgery as my feet and legs get so dried out when I'm in hospital on bed rest.

A few UU's from the past week:

    - Batiste Tropical mini can. WDBA. Love Batiste Have a half used large one in the cupboard too, but might need another mini for the next few weekends away.
    - Cowshed anti-ageing Perfecting Night Serum sachet. WNB. Fine, but nothing amazing. Did sink in well though.
    - Kiehls Super Multi-Corrective Cream sachet. WPNB. Very nice, and a little bit did seem to go a long way. But I've got so many other creams to get through to even consider it!
    - Kiehls Midnight Recovery Eye sachet. WMB. This did sink in really well overnight, and was nice and rich. i consider buying it to try over a longer period of time.
    - Revlon Age Defying foundation sachet. WNB. Smelled weird, not very pleasant to use.
    - Ren Active 7 Eye gel sample. WNB. Did nothing, very disappointing. Used it up on my feet.

Hopefully I'll have some bigger UU's soon :)

UUed Elemis Papaya Enzyme Peel yesterday. After cutting open the tube I found that this product worked better because I was using a bigger amount. When used like that it made my skin feel lovely and silky. I have another in my stash but after that won't repurchase. I've only had these two tubes as they came in a kit but wouldn't feel comfortable payin "full price" for a product that I could easily use very quickly due to having to apply loads to get a result. Have a Lamilou exfoliator that I'm going to try next. Not sure if it is suitable for the face but will give it a go.
